Warranties at Dimix

An investment in print technology should deliver worry-free results. That’s why Dimix communicates clearly about what is covered under the standard factory warranty and which costs are charged on a time-and-materials basis. This way, you know exactly where you stand in advance.

What does the warranty cover?

All equipment purchased from Dimix comes with a standard factory warranty (duration and conditions depend on the brand). In most cases, this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts under normal use and proper maintenance. For some printers, print heads are included in the factory warranty; for others, print heads are excluded.
Labor and travel costs related to replacing these parts are generally not included in the standard factory warranty and are invoiced on a time-and-materials basis, unless you have taken out an additional service agreement.

What is covered as standard?

We perform fast troubleshooting to identify the cause and limit downtime.

Handled via Dimix

We manage the process with the manufacturer and ensure correct execution.

Please note: the standard factory warranty usually does not include labor time, travel/onsite call-out costs, or preventive maintenance visits.

Which costs are charged separately?

  • Technician labor for repair or replacement
  • Travel and call-out costs within the Benelux
  • Maintenance visits according to the maintenance schedule

These costs can be fully or partially covered through an On-Site or All-In service agreement, depending on the machine type and your production intensity.
